Psychotherapy.
For the last seven years, I have been training as an analytical psychologist after being inspired to gain a more theoretical understanding of the business consultancy work I was doing. My psychotherapy sessions take place in my home where I provide a conversational space that is relaxed, comfortable and confidential.
Analytical psychology, also called Jungian psychology, is a school of psychotherapy which originated in the ideas of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist.
My aim is to relieve psychic tensions by applying a Jungian approach to psychotherapy - bringing together the conscious and unconcious parts of the of the mind together to help a person feel balanced and whole.
My psychotherapy sessions aim to build self-knowlege and awareness by asking spiritual questions of purpose and integrating old wisdom (Desert Fathers & Mothers, 16th Century mystics) with the new modern depth psychology.
EACH SITUATION IS UNIQUE AND I DEVELOP AN APPROACH BASED ON YOUR CONTEXT AND NEED. FOR A CONFIDENTIAL DISCUSSION, PLEASE EMAIL: INFO@OXFORDMETA.CO.UK
